At HappieGut Kefir, we’re committed to delivering your probiotic drinks fresh and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, delivery, and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- For remote or non-serviceable locations, we will notify you and issue a full refund if delivery is not possible.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities may receive deliveries faster, while rural or remote areas may take additional time.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹899.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below the minimum value, based on the delivery location.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.
- You can also track your order status via your HappieGut account or through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Partners
- We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure the safe and hygienic delivery of your HappieGut products.
- While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may occasionally affect schedules.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
8. Damaged or Leaked Orders
If you receive a damaged or leaking product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@happiegut.in, including your order ID and clear photos of the package.
Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.
